Charolette’s places is very its a lovely place to meet s a group of friends for a great meal. This little restaurant over looking the common in Ealing Common, away from the crowded area where is its quiet and very comfortable. We were seated on in the basement but its very nice but lights do occasionally flick.
I started with the fish cakes which can only be described as wonderful. Surprisingly there was a lot of find and less potato often you will find that it is the other way around. the salad complimented it very well as well as the sauce.
I was very surprised when my main was brought over. They were very generous with their food, my massive Yorkshire pudding is wonderful light and crisp, with a good mixture of roasted vegetables to compliment the top beef. I really loved the horseradish that is served as the side. Selections of desserts are amazing and wonderfully delicious
The waiter that served us was very attentive and praises for this attention to detail.

Additional comments: Lovely, cosy restaurant. will go again
This cosy, warm restaurant is hidden away behind Regent Street in one of the more quiet streets of Central London. Wild Honey is an extension of Arbutus that of Anthony Demetre (whom received a Michelin Star) and Will Smith.
I quite like the booth seating arrangements but the side seating seems a bit tight and quite close to the neighbouring table but I guess its ok if you are going in as big group.
My food was nice but not exceptional. My appetiser was the eel it was well seasoned and the mango complimented it but I think it would be better if it was puréed rather that chopped to small pieces.
I personally expected better presentation from my main but to be frank it texture combined together was impressive. The cod was cooked perfectly where the flakes are very tender and the chicken are very crisp and boneless unfortunately I wasn’t too keen on the barley and monks beard.
For dessert I had choux bun with almond and praline cream. It may look like an big doughnut with filling but it was very rich and heavy and delightful at the same time. It was very smooth and you can taste the almond not so sure about the praline, this is best shared.
The waiters in Wild Honey are very attentive and very friendly. They made themselves aware of the person with allergy and followed through to ensure that the person’s dish was free from that ingredient. The one thing got to me was when they opened the cheese box, it really produced a very distinct smell. But overall it very nice and cosy for a group of four.
