This beautifully decorated restaurant is located one of the main roads in Bristol. The restaurant was decorated with bamboo and large painted flowers and near the entrance was a fountain.
We ordered a selection of sushi and Sashimi, which were all beautifully presented.
When our first dish came I was a little disappointed because the rice had way too much rice vinegar and this dominated the rest of the flavours
Sushi again came very nicely presented. The shape was a little different from what I was use to, they rolled the rice smaller but wider rectangular shapes. The rice came was a little sweet, I think it was to balance the vinegar, they placed before.
Service in the restaurant was excellent the people that served us were helpful, although we were in a small room they often came in to check on us. If it was other place they would have been neglected us

This is located on a very narrow side street. We have pre-booked via toptable for convenience. When we got there we thought it looked like a bar and we saw a sign indicating dining so naturally we went upstairs only to find that it was closed. Having seen the upstairs was closed, someone informed us shortly that they won’t open upstairs.
I ordered the pork belly in cider apple sauce, which was quite lovely, they have crackling served with the belly. The meat was tender not at all dry like PJ’s.
Lamb for my other half was rare and I wasn’t too keen on the flavouring, I guess its because I prefer my lamb with a bit of mint when done that way. The salad of runner beans didn’t really look that pleasant and I wasn’t too keen on the dressing. This is quite a big dish and from what I heard from my other half, it was very filling.
